Volunteer wanted for group activities
For the Windjammersingel meeting point we are looking for volunteers who can help once or more times a week from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Together with a regular supervisor you help clients to have a pleasant morning and you undertake activities with our clients. This can be as a group (for example, playing board games) or individually (for example, walking, doing a knowledge game with the B rra trainer or a creative activity.)
Monday morning we always do sport and game activities with clients, whereby it is important to stimulate clients as much as possible during sport and play.
We are looking for a volunteer who is good at dealing with people, has a sense of atmosphere and is always up for a chat.
We offer you:
- the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our clients
- a relaxed setting in which a small effort brings great pleasure
- you will of course receive a volunteer agreement and a travel and expense allowance
- we regularly provide nice gifts
- if desired it is possible to follow a workshop or course
The meeting point is part of Middin.
Middin believes that every human being can, within his or her potential, live the life he wants. Regardless of restriction or background.
We offer support and care at residential locations, at home and in activity centers.
The meeting point at the Windjammersingel opens its doors to people with non-congenital brain injury ( NAH ) who need social contact, socializing and being able to be themselves for a short moment.
Do you have a morning a week for our clients?

Of course you are also welcome to come in once!
