Mediator to hold conversations with employees
We (Stichting Dolfijn Vakanties) are a small (5 staff) organization that organizes trips for people with mild intellectual disabilities. Our team consists of employees who have been working together for years and have experienced significant growth. Digitization and other matters have also influenced the way of working. Two of the 5 employees have recently had some serious collisions with each other. I (applicant and director) have been working with the ladies for years and cannot get the problem out. It is now going to affect the collaboration and certainly the atmosphere. However small the team is, 2 'camps' have now arisen: accounting (2) and reservations department (2).
We are looking for someone who can have one or more conversations with the employees to identify the pain points and find a solution for this unpleasant situation.
