Healthy Lifestyle (Every Friday)
This afternoon is a special for women with dialogue and activities with the aim of a healthy lifestyle.
There are two groups:
1. Beginner group: these are mainly older and newer participants. They receive conversation lessons in Dutch and discuss topics such as nutrition. Introduction and information are part of this group, also learning to work together.
2. They receive resilience training in various areas. These trainings are repeated for new groups during the year. A certificate is issued at the end. All via registration.
After the activities there is a lunch with the two groups with introduction and conversation.
There is also a consultation hour on Friday. Here people with personal questions can go or time is taken to go to a body.
For social work and social counselors you can go to the walk-in consultation hours. We also have various (theme) groups and activities.
